Several printing options need to be properly set for reports to print correctly. These options can be found within the Page Setup. To open Page Setup left click on File and then selecting Page Setup.

Format: The Water Year Reports are designed to be printed in a Landscape Format. Select Landscape to allow the the report to print correctly.

The Shrink To Fit Page Width option is selected by default. Uncheck this option and the reports will be printed at normal size. If the Shrink To Fit option is checked the reports will print, but at a smaller size.

Options: Print Background (colors & images) option is not selected by default. Select this option to allow all information included in the reports to be printed.
